Many thanks for all your help at both our events last week at The Brighton Museum and at The Pavilion.

The feedback from all that attended was very positive, I was fortunate enough to taste the canapes on Thursday and thought they were delicious and so appropriate for the occasion.

Thank you so much to you and your team for providing such excellent service last night.

The event was a great success and having a sit down meal of such high quality gave the night a much classier feel than we are used to.

Everybody I've spoken to was very pleased with their meal - and the vegetarians were super happy.

Is there a way that you could let us know what quantities of prosecco /wine /beer we got through? Just for a fun facts item in our newsletter?

I know we drank you out of sambuca!

A great experience with Hardings carrying out all of my catering requirements for a milestone birthday with 52 guests. They arrived early to setup and the food + service was exceptional. The venue was left clean & tidy. Very impressive organisation by Dean and the team - thankyou!
