25th Anniversary of Hardings Catering
As we enter our 25th year as Hardings Catering & Events, we look back to where it all started on our first Raceday at Brighton Racecourse on Thursday 29th April 1999 & realise what a fantastic journey we have been on.
We have had the honour of working some of the most amazing venues and people in the South including Brighton and Fontwell Park Racecourses, Sussex Cricket Club in the early days, moving on to the Super Seagulls at Withdean (a personal honour for us Hardings), Brighton Dome & Corn Exchange, Royal Pavilion, Hove Town Hall and Stanmer House to name just a few. Not forgetting the mighty War & Peace Revival at Folkestone and lately at the Hop Farm in Kent and Leeds Castle Classical Concert….
Now working very closely with Field Place Manor House in Worthing and Alfriston Gardens Hotel and Wedding Venue, not to mention MADfest in Shoreditch and of course, the festive Royal Pavilion Ice Rink which has been our winter home for the past 11 years.
The highlight, without doubt, was the opportunity to serve HM the Queen & Prince Philip a locally sourced three-course lunch at Brighton Racecourse in March 2007 and is something to look back on with pride.
A special mention goes to Matt Gray, who has been with us throughout our whole 25 years & we probably could not have done it without him, so a big thank you to Matt.
